Industry module · pak.quicksafa.com
Cost a carton in twenty seconds. Run the plant on the same number.
The corrugated module: a board costing engine, ply rate cards, job cards and deckle matching, sitting on top of Quick Safa's full accounting core. Start with the calculator below — it is the live engine from the app, not a demo. Everything else exists so that number never has to be typed again.
We set up a session on your own cartons and your own paper rates, so you are judging the software on your numbers rather than on ours.

Board geometry
Quick Safa snaps the deckle to the reel widths you actually stock, splits a blank that exceeds your corrugator into two pieces, and recalculates paper use from what the plant really cuts — then sends it to the job card.

Paper only, unless you add a conversion rate. Real consumption also depends on reel width, trim and process waste — all of which Quick Safa accounts for from your own stock and machine settings.
The difference
Built for corrugated,
not adapted for it.
Any accounting package can raise an invoice for a box. None of them can tell you what the box cost, because none of them know what a ply stack, a take-up factor or a deckle is — and those are the things that decide whether the job made money.
This is the part we built first. Everything else on this page exists so the number it produces never has to be typed in again.
Free, no sign-up. Same engine as the app.
- Ply rate cards
- Separate stored rate cards for 3-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply, with the box spec and ply pricing kept against the quotation. The rate you gave in March is still there in September.
- Flute take-up
- A, B, C, E, F, BC and EB, each with its own take-up factor applied to the fluted layers. A 5-ply C-flute board uses more medium than the liner, and the costing knows it.
- Deckle matched to your reels
- Cut size and deckle snap to the reel widths you actually stock, and a blank wider than your corrugator splits across two pieces. You can override both by hand on a job.
- Board costed to the gram
- Board weight from area and GSM, layer by layer, priced at your average paper cost or your last buying rate — your choice, because those are different numbers.
One number, six departments
A calculator tells you the cost once. The plant needs that same figure in five more places, and every re-typing is where margin quietly disappears.

What the corrugated module adds
These are the modules a box plant gets on top of the accounting core. They are the ones a general package cannot give you, because they need to know what a ply stack and a deckle are.
- Jobs & Production
- A job card per order carrying the ply stack, the cut size and the deckle the floor actually needs — computed from the box, not copied out of a notebook.
- Quotation Book
- Quote 3, 5 and 7-ply cartons off stored rate cards. The price you quoted last March is still there when the buyer rings back about it.
- BOM Formulas
- Board and paper formulas, so the same box costs the same way twice — whoever works it out and whenever they do it.
And the 13 core modules underneath
The books every business runs on, included. All of it is in one subscription — there are no modules sold separately.
- Customers & Ledgers
- Every customer with a statement-style ledger underneath — what they bought, what they paid, and what is still outstanding, in one running list you can hand to them.
- Customer POs
- Log the buyer purchase order once. Turn it into a production job or an invoice without anybody re-typing a specification, a quantity or a rate.
- Invoices
- Sales invoices on your own template, posting their own journal entry. Where the FBR module is switched on, they validate and post to FBR from the same screen you raise them on.
- Payments
- Record receipts against the invoices they settle. Receivables stay right without a month-end reconciliation exercise.
- Delivery
- Delivery challans on your own template, out of the gate and onto WhatsApp before the truck reaches the buyer. Stock comes off on dispatch, not at month end.
- Vendors & Bills
- Suppliers, purchase orders and bills in one place, with a ledger per vendor so you know exactly what you owe and since when.
- Inventory
- Live stock by item and location, with the movement history behind every figure rather than a closing number you have to trust. Your industry module adds whatever else your stock is measured in.
- Items
- One catalogue of raw materials, consumables and finished products, shared by costing, purchasing, production and the books. Defined once, used everywhere.
- Fixed Assets
- Machinery, vehicles and plant on a register that ties back to your balance sheet instead of living in a side spreadsheet.
- Chart of Accounts
- A real double-entry general ledger. Every invoice, receipt, bill and payment posts a journal entry you can open and inspect.
- Reports
- Over thirty reports covering the books and the operation — and they print the way they look on screen, which is not a given in this category.
- Team & Access
- Invite your staff and decide, module by module, what each of them can open. The floor supervisor does not need to see your margins.
- Settings
- Company profile, tax credentials, invoice numbering and print templates — set once, applied everywhere and to every document you hand out.
FBR digital invoicing is included
Everything in the FBR Integration Portal is built into the suite — validation, posting, IRN and QR — at no extra cost. You do not buy compliance separately.
