Other industries
Your industry isn't on the list yet.
Then it is the next one. Every module we have shipped began with a single business that had nothing built for the way it works — and that business helped decide what got built.
You are not waiting on us to start, either. The accounting core is finished and running today: 13 modules covering sales, purchasing, stock, the ledger and reporting. Your industry module goes on top of books that are already keeping themselves.
Tell us what you make and how an order moves through your business. That conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Already built
Two modules are live. If one of these is you, start there instead.
A module is a layer, not a rewrite. Because the accounting underneath does not change, designing and building one is measured in weeks — not the years a system built from nothing would take.
The process
We come, we watch, we design, we build.
Nobody can write your workflow from a requirements document, least of all the person asked to fill it in. So we do it the slow way at the start, which is what makes the rest fast.
- 01
We come and see the work
Someone from us visits your office and your floor. Not a video call — an afternoon watching how an order actually becomes a delivery, and where the numbers currently get written twice.
- 02
We sit with the people who do it
Your estimator, your storekeeper, your accountant. They know where the process really is, which is rarely where the org chart says it is, and they are the ones who will use this every day.
- 03
We design the module around that
Costing, documents, stock movements and approvals mapped to your workflow, then shown back to you before a line is written. You correct it on paper, which is cheap, rather than in software, which is not.
- 04
We build it, load your data and train your staff
The module goes on top of the accounting core, your opening balances and history come across, and we train the office and the floor on site — on your own jobs, not a demo company.
What going first involves
Being the first business in a trade is a trade of its own: your time for a system shaped around your process. Both halves are worth stating before anyone agrees to anything.
What we need from you
- Two or three days of access to your floor and your office, spread over the design.
- Your estimator, storekeeper and accountant available for the sessions that concern them.
- Decisions when we ask for them — the design stalls without someone who can settle how the process should work.
- Patience through the first month, when we will be correcting things you find in real use.
What you get for it
- The module is shaped around your workflow rather than around a template we already own.
- You see the design before it is built, and correct it on paper where correcting it is cheap.
- The accounting core underneath is already live and proven, so only the new layer carries risk.
- Early-customer terms, agreed in writing before any work starts.
Trades this tends to suit
None of these are built yet — that is the honest position. They are the shapes of business the core already fits closely, where the module is a layer rather than a second product.

Not listed? That is not a no. Ring and describe the work — the list is only what we have been asked about so far.
When we would tell you no
A vendor who has never turned work down is a vendor who will say yes to something they cannot deliver. These are the three cases where we would rather say so at the first meeting than at the fourth month.
- You need it live next month. Designing a module properly takes longer than that, and rushing it produces the thing you were trying to escape.
- Nobody in the business can give the time. A module designed from a phone call is a template with your logo on it.
- What you actually need is a machine controller, a POS terminal or a website. We do books and the operations that feed them, not everything with a screen.
Tell us how your business actually works.
