Contact

Talk to a person.

There is no contact form on this page on purpose. Ring, message or email and you get a reply from someone who will ask how your business actually runs.

  • WhatsApp

    +92 370 8439178

Fastest. Send a photo of a job sheet or a spec and we will tell you how it would be handled.

  • Phone

    +92 306 7878333

Business hours, Pakistan time. You will speak to someone who knows the product.

  • Email

    contact@quicksafa.com

Best for anything with an attachment — an Excel sheet, a chart of accounts, a quotation.

Things worth asking us

  • Tell you whether the accounting core alone covers you, or whether you need a module on top.
  • Walk through your existing records and tell you what migrating would involve.
  • Explain what FBR digital invoicing requires of your business specifically.
  • Cost a carton for you over WhatsApp, if you are in corrugated.
  • Tell you what designing a module for your trade would take, if yours is not built yet.
  • Show you the module you are most sceptical about, first.

Before you ring us

Have a look at what the accounting core covers, and at whether your trade already has a module. Knowing which of the two you are asking about makes the first conversation much shorter.

In corrugated? The box cost calculator is free, needs no sign-up and runs the same engine as the app. Open the calculator.

What happens next

Four steps, and you are not committed to anything until the last one.

  1. 01

    You get in touch

A call, a WhatsApp message or an email. Tell us roughly what you make and what you run the business on today.

  2. 02

    A short conversation

Twenty minutes to understand the business — what you make, how an order moves through it, and how the books are kept today. No slide deck.

  3. 03

    A demo on your numbers

We set the software up with your own items, your own rates and your own customers, and show you the ledger and the module running on them. This is where you find out whether it fits.

  4. 04

    Then we talk terms

Scope, onboarding and commercials, once you have actually seen it work. Nothing is agreed before that.
