About
Finished accounting. Bespoke where it has to be.
Quick Safa is a full double-entry accounting system for businesses in Pakistan, with a module built on top for the way a particular trade produces. That split is deliberate, and it is the whole design of the company.
Why the product is built this way
A business has two kinds of problem. The first is the same everywhere — who owes you money, what you owe, what is in stock, what the books say. General accounting software solves that, and solves it well enough that rebuilding it for each customer would be a waste of everybody's time.
The second kind is not the same anywhere. What a job costs, how an order becomes a delivery, what has to be printed and approved along the way — that is specific to the trade, and often to the individual business. General software cannot cover it, so it gets covered by a spreadsheet, and somebody re-types figures between the two. Every re-typing is a place where margin quietly disappears.
So we built the first part once, properly, and we build the second part per industry. The accounting core is finished and running. The module is designed in your premises, with the people who do the work, against the same records the books use — which is why it takes weeks rather than the years a system built from nothing would.
The first module we shipped was corrugated box manufacturing, because that trade has the sharpest costing problem in the market and nobody had built for it. FBR digital invoicing came next, because it is a legal obligation rather than a feature and every registered business in the country has it. Whatever we build after that will be decided by whoever asks first.
What we will tell you plainly
- If the accounting core alone covers you, we will say so and sell you that. Not every business needs a module. See the core
- If your trade is not built yet, we will tell you what designing it involves and how much of your time it costs — before anything is agreed. What going first involves
- We show the software running on your own numbers before we talk commercials, so you are never buying on a slide deck. Book a demo
- Your data is exportable at any time, and the exit path if you leave is written down rather than implied. Security and your data
How we work with a new customer
The same four steps whether your module already exists or has to be designed. If it exists, the first two are shorter — but they still happen, because a module that fits the trade is not automatically a module that fits your business.
- 01
We come
Someone from us visits your office and your floor. Not a video call — an afternoon watching how an order actually becomes a delivery, and where the numbers currently get written twice.
- 02
We meet
Your estimator, your storekeeper, your accountant. They know where the process really is, which is rarely where the org chart says it is, and they are the ones who will use this every day.
- 03
We design
Costing, documents, stock movements and approvals mapped to your workflow, then shown back to you before a line is written. You correct it on paper, which is cheap, rather than in software, which is not.
- 04
We implement
The module goes on top of the accounting core, your opening balances and history come across, and we train the office and the floor on site — on your own jobs, not a demo company.
