These terms govern your use of Quick Safa, including the Corrugated Manufacturer Suite at pak.quicksafa.com, the FBR Integration Portal at fbr.quicksafa.com, and the free calculators on this website. By creating an account or using the software you agree to them.
Who we are
Quick Safa provides accounting and ERP software for corrugated box and carton manufacturers, and digital sales-tax invoicing software for businesses filing with Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue.
You can reach us at contact@quicksafa.com or on +92 306 7878333.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything done under your account. If you invite staff, you decide what each of them can access, and you are responsible for their use of the software.
Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
What we provide
We provide the software as a hosted service. We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
We may change or improve features over time. We will not remove a feature you depend on without notice, and we will not remove your ability to export your own data.
What you are responsible for
The accuracy of your data. The software calculates from what you enter. Costing figures, board weights, tax totals and financial statements are only as correct as the paper rates, GSM values, opening balances and tax settings you give it. Check them.
Your tax filings. Quick Safa transmits invoices to FBR on your instruction and records what FBR returns. You remain the taxpayer. You are responsible for the correctness of what you file, for holding valid FBR credentials, and for meeting your own filing deadlines. We are not your tax adviser.
Lawful use. Do not use the software to break the law, to store data you have no right to store, or to attempt to gain access to other customers' data or to our infrastructure.
The free calculators
The box cost calculator and paper requirement calculator are provided free and without warranty. They implement standard corrugating geometry and industry-typical flute take-up factors, and they run the same engine as the app. They are a working estimate, not a quotation, and they do not account for your specific machinery, set-up losses or trim practice.
Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed yearly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Onboarding and data migration, where taken, is a separate one-off fee.
Prices may change for future billing periods. We will tell you before a renewal at a new price, and you may decline by cancelling before the renewal date.
Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refundable, except where we have failed to provide the service and cannot put it right.
Trial period
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with full access and no payment details required. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only until a subscription starts. Your data is not deleted when a trial ends.
Ending the arrangement
You may stop using Quick Safa at any time. Before you go, export everything you need — the software lets you do this yourself, and we will produce a full database extract on request.
We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, that is used unlawfully, or that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk. Except in cases of abuse, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your data first.
After an account closes we retain your data for the period set out in the security and data page, then delete it.
Your data stays yours
We claim no ownership of the data you put into Quick Safa. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models. What we do with it, who can see it and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy and the security and data page.
Liability
The software is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost production or penalties assessed by a tax authority — arising from your use of the software.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the software after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute.
